Greenwood Village IT company ViaWest sold for $1.675B

ViaWest, a Greenwood Village-based information technology and data management company, has been acquired by Peak 10 for $1.675 billion. ViaWest, which operates 30 data centers in the U.S. and Canada, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shaw Communications.
